i reached out to delta customer service to answer some of my questions about the faucet and shower heads in the master bathroom. i filled out a form on their website and was contacted by email by eric.

i was then transferred to a different customer service rep who addressed my questions.

they didn't seem to be understanding my question about the shower, so i responded back trying to clarify it.

i still don't think they realized i was talking about the exact master bathroom pictured, at 302 elk highlands drive. unfortunately though it sounds like the shower stream will not reach the tub. bummer.
