How many does the dream home sleep?

i thought it would be interesting to figure out how many people could comfortably crash at my new place. for this post, my parameters for 'comfortable' are an indoor, flat, padded surface that can fit a normal sized person (tall idiots excluded) on it horizontally on it with a minimal amount of overhang.

with that covered, let's get started.
